Hello guys.. Semalam I ada terbaca an update di blog Hanis Zalikha.. I'm sure mesti ramai yang kenal Hanis Zalikha ni kan? Ok, siapa yang pernah tengok rancangan Mad Markets di TV9 setiap hari Rabu pukul 10pm.. mesti rasa sedihkan sebab show tu dah tak ada lagi. Ok let straight to the point.

A Job Fair & Career will be held in MMU Cyberjaya on 20th - 21st November 2012. The event will start at 10am - 5pm. So for all fresh graduated out there, u can grab this opportunity to find a relevant job that is related with your course. The same goes to the job seeker out there who are still looking for the rite job. And don't forget to bring many copies/sets of Curricular Vitae (CV) aka resume as well as certificates. This is a big event, so please wearing a formal clothes.. not the casual one as u always wear to office *I pun sometimes pakai casual je pergi office*

In case kalau malas nak drive sebab nak avoiding traffic, this is the travel tips by Hanis Zalikha...

I have a few tips to share with you guys. Last year I, pernah pergi Oil & Gas (OGA) Exhibtion di KLCC. And seriously bukan setakat Malaysia companies je yang ada di situ, it's involved every companies in Asia, Europe & United States.. 

Bukan semua booth ada sediakan box 'drop your resume here'. So, kadang-kadang you have to ask pada officer yang in charge by the time. 

If you have to speak in English, then speak. Don't be afraid of the broken grammar that you use. As long as you're confident with what you say, then they will be ok with you. 

Even though that is the not the position that you really want or seeking for, don't just standing & look. Ask them if you can have the brochure or paling tidak pun, ambillah name card.. manalah tahu maybe one day name card tu ada gunanya pada u.

And masa you nak drop your resume, please make sure gambar profil gam kemas & filing cecantik sikit. Jangan nanti masa nak pass resume pada officer, gambar terjatuh pula. *happened to me:malu sangat =.=*

As I said, bawa resume banyak, biar sampai 30set pun tak apa.. depends on you sebenarnya tapi lagi banyak lagi bagus.. sebab peluang untuk dapat job lebih cerah.

5 things yang I share ni is really happening to me. Masa tu I cuma bawak 20 sets CV/Certs & Alhamdulillah I got a feed back from them & the rest you all tak payah tahu ok. Cuma fikir macam mana nak pergi even tu nanti.. event ni masa weekdays.. I'll try to be there sebab rasa rugi je kalau tak pergi.. Banyak company yang bukan calang-calang akan buka booth..
